Ever keen to ensure our members were fully involved in the planning stages of our work, we held a Dietitians Week Planning Workshop on Thursday 16th January to capture the ideas and imagination of our members for how we could maximise our first Dietitians Week 2014.

Over 25 BDA members attended from across the UK and took part in a thought-provoking and dynamic full-day workshop session including break out group brainstorms and collective discussions on how we the BDA, and you our member dietitians can make the most of Dietitians Week 2014 to really put the profession in the spotlight.
With experts across media, public health, industry and clinical plus key BDA staff in attendance, fantastic ideas and suggestions were made for how individual members, dietetic departments, specialist groups, branches, trusts, and country boards could get involved and really make an impact during Dietitians Week.
A massive thank you to all those who attended and helped put together the basis of the world’s very first Dietitians Week!
